You would be part of an Agile squad and will collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to understand the business needs and participate in planning, definition, and high-level technical design with the development team. You will collaborate with your peers within and outside your area to ensure that any best practices/approaches/standards are reused and designed elegantly and robustly.</p> <p>Your Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Validate functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams </li><li>Lead workflow design and contribute to user experience design, where applicable </li><li>Collaborate with project team, product management, and collaborators on all aspects of the project </li><li>Validate estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related collaborators </li><li>Provide guidance to team members by elaborating the necessary details required through all phases of projects </li><li>Review input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements </li><li>Participate in reviews of SIT results and defect reviews; support user acceptance testing as needed </li><li>Review system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards </li><li>Review recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks </li><li>Validate justification and return on investment related to solutions designed to automate manual processes </li><li>Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Talents Needed for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as a trusted coach or mentor within the organization. </li><li>Communicates openly keeping everyone across the organization informed. </li></ul> <p>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
