If you're an engineering or architectural professional who thrives on bringing order, structure, and technical know-how to high-impact facility projects, this is your chance to shape the future of a mission-critical organization.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead small design and construction projects (minor construction, facility repairs, HVAC/electrical system upgrades).</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and USPS teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide expert technical guidance, feasibility studies, and cost analyses to resolve project challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Draft RFPs, review bids, and manage contractors from kickoff through final acceptance.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct inspections and oversee progress to ensure compliance with USPS standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), or Construction Management (ABET-accredited for engineering).</p> </li><li> <p>3-7 years' experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in project scheduling, contractor oversight, and technical documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in MS Office Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible and willing to travel.
