<p>Installation Analyst</p> <p>TELCOR is a Great Place To Work certified company! TELCOR Inc, a nationally-recognized provider of healthcare software is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated software engineer to join the TELCOR Point of Care (POC) development team.</p> <p>POC Installation Analysts work with the POC team to establish connectivity with new customers, remotely install TELCOR POC software, upgrade TELCOR POC software at existing customer sites and assist existing customers with connectivity changes. Installation Analysts also create, maintain and update written installation procedures as well as perform hardware reviews, document discrepancies on current servers, and communicate hardware discrepancies with the customer.</p> <p>Along with the exciting, challenging and rewarding aspects of the position, TELCOR offers the opportunity for individuals to be valued for the work they do, encouraged to grow in knowledge and job opportunities and is a contributor to the future development of the company.
