<p>Join our Human Resources team as a co-op and gain valuable experience supporting a dynamic HR department. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You'll develop essential skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our people processes in a professional setting.</p> <p>Human Resources Co-op Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for HR operations including filing, data entry, and document organization. </li><li>Assist with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and compliance files. </li><li>Support the coordination of HR programs such as safety tracking, employee communications, or training initiatives. </li><li>Help prepare materials for employee onboarding and assist with document collection. </li><li>Run basic reports and assist in updating HR databases and forms. </li><li>Participate in general office support including answering phones and directing inquiries. </li><li>Collaborate with team members on special projects and audits. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. </li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/Disabled/Veteran/DFSP</p>
