Leave your apartment to explore the trails of Sand Creek Park in the neighborhood, or venture just 30 minutes to reach the foothills, the trails, and the resorts of the Rockies.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Respond to and manage resident complaints and/or service issues at the Shared Service Center and may coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns. </li><li>Support residents during the move-out process, which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers. </li><li>Manage resident lease renewal process including finalizing renewal leases with the resident via phone and internet. </li><li>Monitors resident retention. </li><li>Assist residents with any need </li><li>Help residents pay their rent online </li><li>Complete move-in and move-out inspections </li><li>Register cars to park on-site </li><li>Register pets for existing residents </li><li>Assist with parcel pending (package deliveries) </li><li>Enter in service requests for residents </li><li>Answer questions regarding service requests </li><li>Assisting with Notice to Vacates and gather information for move-outs </li><li>Send communication to residents </li><li>Coordinate and plan resident functions </li><li>Responds to and manages resident complaints and/or service issues </li><li>Contact residents about policy violations </li></ul>
