<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Putnam Elementary School is looking for a caring, patient, and energetic Kindergarten Paraeducator to join our team! In this full-time role, you'll be a vital part of our kindergarten classrooms, helping our youngest learners grow and thrive. You'll support students with various learning needs, providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance throughout the school day. We're searching for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll work closely with teachers, assisting with activities, helping with classroom management, and providing individual and small group support. This position requires a great deal of patience, empathy, and the ability to follow directions and adapt to the ever-changing needs of kindergarteners while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
