ATC is seeking an Estimator to play a critical role in shaping project success by delivering accurate and independent cost estimates for electrical transmission projects.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As an Estimator, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare independent ATC (owner's) cost estimates for projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze and compare contractor estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and risk.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop detailed construction estimates and conceptual scope alternatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Validate scope changes and identify cost-saving opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely information.</p> </li><li> <p>Incorporate historical data and feedback to continuously improve estimating processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor projects during construction for change orders and cost optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Periodically travel to job sites and other ATC offices.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
