From inspecting internal and external areas of the building to coordinating timely repairs and supporting larger maintenance projects, you will ensure operations run smoothly. You will monitor building systems and equipment, respond to urgent issues and contribute to a positive work environment by installing furniture, supporting vendor interactions and helping with workspace transitions. Your ability to adapt, prioritize and collaborate across teams will make you an essential part of our community.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct regular inspections: Evaluate interior and exterior areas of the building and equipment to identify and resolve maintenance needs</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor building systems: Ensure ongoing performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems</p> </li><li> <p>Complete repairs and maintenance: Perform day-to-day fixes and preventative maintenance to minimize disruptions</p> </li><li> <p>Install and assemble equipment: Set up workstations, standing desks and other workplace furniture and equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to urgent issues: Provide prompt support for emergency maintenance requests and unexpected concerns</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with vendors: Work with third-party service providers and the property manager for larger repairs</p> </li><li> <p>Support workspace transitions: Move furniture, prepare rooms and assist with internal space setup and changes</p> </li><li> <p>Track project updates: Maintain clear records of work progress, system status and repair needs</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain safety compliance: Ensure that all tasks follow workplace safety and regulatory standards</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Problem-solving ability: A hands-on, solution-focused approach to identifying and resolving issues</p> </li><li> <p>Technical expertise: Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication: Ability to clearly convey updates, challenges and needs across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail: Precision in identifying issues and following through with solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability and teamwork: Comfort shifting priorities and collaborating in a team-oriented environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintenance experience: 5+ years of building maintenance experience across key systems and repairs</p> </li><li> <p>Technical skills: Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical work</p> </li><li> <p>Digital proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel for documentation and communication</p> </li></ul> <p>Why USLI?
