From inspecting internal and external areas of the building to coordinating timely repairs and supporting larger maintenance projects, you will ensure operations run smoothly. You will monitor building systems and equipment, respond to urgent issues and contribute to a positive work environment by installing furniture, supporting vendor interactions and helping with workspace transitions.
