<p>Architectural Drafter</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to support projects from pre-design through construction by preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with zoning, code, and permitting requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Complete initial zoning and code checks to support feasibility and early project planning </li><li>Attend meetings with owners, clients, and internal stakeholders </li><li>Create preliminary sketches during the pre-design phase to support budgeting and estimating </li><li>Document revisions and modifications to preliminary sketches for comparison against estimates </li><li>Establish drawing schedules and allocate associated drafting hours </li><li>Obtain and coordinate consultant quotes for civil engineering, borings, and landscape services </li><li>Represent the company professionally at municipal and regulatory meetings </li><li>Coordinate with project managers and superintendents during the construction phase </li><li>Submit, track, and secure building permits from applicable authorities </li><li>Review and approve shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and construction documents </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field OR Associate's degree with demonstrated experience using Revit </li><li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural construction document drafting </li><li>Strong understanding of international building codes, planning and zoning ordinances, and the construction document submittal process </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, WI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
