<p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Processing weekly incentive payments to LTDR Fleet customers </li><li>Supporting Fleet operations to resolve customer payment issues </li><li>Evaluating customer incentive proposals </li><li>Month end close activities such as the preparation of journal entries, including incentive accruals and reserve balances </li><li>Supporting the monthly profit & loss and cash flow forecasts </li><li>Monitoring internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley </li><li>Providing internal/external audit support as needed </li><li>Managing significant interaction with Fleet Operations, IT, Audit, Internal Controls and Corporate Accounting </li><li>Developing Ad-Hoc/ special projects as requested </li></ul> <p>What You'll Learn</p> <ul> <li>How to prepare a budget, forecast and to document and explain variances </li><li>How to use Finance systems such as PentaSAP, OneStream, Essbase and ART&MIS </li><li>An understanding of the broader Fleet business & organization </li><li>Program Management and Process Improvement skills </li><li>How to work with Finance and Operational regional counterparts while practicing financial management </li></ul> <p>What This Role Will Prepare You For</p> <ul> <li>Future opportunities in positions' that require budgeting, forecasting & financial control experience </li><li>Critical thinking, and how to look for alternative conclusions/solutions </li><li>Cross-functional knowledge and process improvement skills that can be applied throughout the Finance organization </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with Operating teams within North America to share knowledge and gain consensus </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree </li><li>8+ years of work experience Finance or Accounting (or minimum 7 yrs with MBA or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance) </li><li>Working knowledge of accounting principles </li><li>High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel & PowerPoint as well as Teams and Essbase </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and strong leadership skills </li><li>Familiarity with Financial Systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Essbase and OneStream </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>MBA or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>Proven oral and written communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated analytical skills </li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignments </li><li>Ability to work with large volumes of data, summarize data and draw conclusions </li></ul>
