Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Wholesale's strategy and top priorities, translating them into relevant content for ongoing business operations and key routines to support change. </li><li>Assist in preparing and maintaining a holistic Wholesale change roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders. </li><li>Facilitate key routines for Wholesale change initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with PMLC standards. </li><li>Develop business cases for new Wholesale change initiatives that clearly articulate cost and value, driving prioritization. </li><li>Maintain the ESEC funding backlog for Wholesale, as well as the general change backlog. </li><li>Manage the early-stage pipeline of initiatives. </li><li>Cultivate a growth mindset, consistently offering ideas to enhance every part of the process. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Strong academic credentials - college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience </li><li>5-8 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization </li><li>Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner. </li><li>Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Background in financial services / banking industry </li><li>Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience </li><li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summarize </li><li>Ability to lead by influence (relationship building). </li><li>Knowledge of Wholesale Banking </li><li>MBA preferred </li></ul> <p>For NY candidates:</p> <p>The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.</p> <p>General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
