Lavelle is seeking a full-time 3rd shift Compounder at our Burlington, WI location. Creating it takes precision and attention to detail, much like baking a cake. The difference? The batches are A LOT bigger, and a whole lot heavier! Each shift runs with a small team of about 5 people, all cross-trained to support each other for smooth operations.</p> <p>What does it take to succeed in this role? For safety reasons, you'll need to be at least 5' 8" and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly - feel free to cancel your gym membership once you start! While previous mixing or milling experience is a plus, it isn't required - we offer thorough training to get you up to speed.
