This is a full-time position.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Review sales orders and invoices </li><li>Generate S/W revenue reporting in NetSuite </li><li>Review of journal Entries and ensure proper posting in NetSuite </li><li>Review A/P - vendor bills and expense reports </li><li>Assist with review of Professional Services revenue </li><li>Assist with review of Professional Services standard agreements </li><li>Generate Professional Services reports in NetSuite </li><li>Assist with credit card platform </li><li>Roll forward MD&A Tables </li><li>Assist with draft notes to the financial statements </li><li>Transfer pricing - consulting portion of calculation </li><li>Review bank reconciliations </li><li>Help manager NetSuite multibook accounting </li><li>Assist with external audits </li><li>Provide ad-hoc coverage for Accountant/Intermediate roles during vacations or workload spikes. </li><li>Assist with streamlining of processes. </li><li>Mentor junior employees and assist with training </li><li>Work on special projects as needed </li></ul> <p>The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Experience</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <ul> <li>A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills. </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills. </li><li>Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting. </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook </li><li>Team focused with a positive attitude, must be self-motivated, and have very good time management and communication skills both in written and verbal English. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years experience in a similar role </li></ul>
