New employees receive 40 hours of sick and 40 hours of vacation time after 90 days of employment combined sick and vacation of 96 hours at year 1, 144 hours at year 5, and 168 hours at year 10 </li><li>Health Savings Account </li><li>An opportunity for career advancement within the department or others on the yard, while working as part of an empowering workforce </li><li>Overtime available after 40 hours </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO: Office Manager</p> <p>HOURS:</p> <p>Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm</p> <p>Overtime and Weekend required based on business needs</p> <p>This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) on-site position, no remote work</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASK:</p> <ul> <li>Performs clerical duties for Office Manager, Accountant, and Recruiting -- e.g. typing, filing, and completion of timecard reports for departments, assist with scheduling, interviews, and onboarding. etc. </li><li>Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment </li><li>Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants </li><li>Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages </li><li>Copies, sorts, and files records related to accounting, human resources, office activities, business transactions, and other matters </li><li>Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions </li><li>Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically with high level of discretion with confidential material </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to type at least 60 words per minute </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and related software </li></ul> <p>HAZARDS: Weather, fumes, moving mechanical parts, equipment, and vibration.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods </li><li>Ability to perform repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers </li><li>Ability to use upper and lower extremities </li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds </li></ul>
