Your work will be essential for ensuring that appraisals reflect fair market value, just compensation of damages, and are completed in a timely manner to meet letting schedules. Responsibilities include determining the appropriate type of appraisal needed for each property, preparing analysis planning documentation for staff and fee appraisers, determining when fee appraisers are needed to complete the appraisal process, and participating in the contracting and selecting process. You will also review staff appraiser's final appraisal reports for completeness, accuracy, methodology, and conformance to state and federal requirements in the administration of Right of way policies and procedures. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
