<p>What to Expect</p> <p>Tesla is seeking a Title Resolution Specialist within the Used Car Operations business. This team is responsible for ensuring seamless title transfers for all acquired vehicles across North America.</p> <p>As a Title Resolution Specialist, you'll ensure trade-in and used vehicle title issues are resolved quickly and compliantly. You'll communicate directly with customers, lienholders, DMVs, and internal support teams to resolve issues and remove blockers in the title transfer process. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to navigate ambiguous situations confidently and autonomously. While deep knowledge of all DMV laws and title regulations isn't required initially, you'll be expected to develop title processing expertise over time.
