<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>The Regional Sales Executive position is within Prolink's Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to lead strategy development and implementation for securing and managing business opportunities for designated territory.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>? Identify prospects, secure business opportunities, and onboard new clients within a geographic territory</p> <p>? Develop an understanding of client needs and competitor capabilities and services while leveraging Prolink talent and value proposition</p> <p>? Conduct thorough territory review and develop game plan for designated territory</p> <p>? Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects</p> <p>? Lead business development efforts for RFI & RFP opportunities</p> <p>? Manage communication between client and internal Prolink stakeholders</p> <p>? Guide and assist in all contract negotiations and make sure they are in line with Prolink KPI's</p> <p>? Successfully transition new clients through the initial phase of implementation</p> <p>? Coordinates and drives weekly strategic planning to ensure goal alignment and execution</p> <p>? Perform other related duties as assigned</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>? Willing and able to travel at least 30% of the time</p> <p>? 3+ years of experience in a related field</p> <p>? Experience with developing new sales pipelines</p> <p>? Excellent networking, relationship building, customer service, and communication skills</p> <p>? Able to leverage existing network of contacts</p> <p>? Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment</p> <p>? Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks</p> <p>? High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink's values</p> <p>Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role's requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink's business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
