<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Knoxville, TN.</p> <p>Summary: The client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Systems Analyst. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Payroll workstream, collaborating with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure a successful deployment and ongoing optimization of Workday Payroll.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday Payroll module during implementation and post-go-live support </li><li>Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and validate payroll processes </li><li>Support data conversion, testing, and validation activities related to payroll </li><li>Assist in designing and documenting business processes, workflows, and integrations related to payroll </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards </li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and HR/payroll teams </li><li>Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Payroll </li><li>Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support payroll operations and compliance* 3+ years of experience working with Workday, including at least 1 full-cycle Workday implementation </li><li>Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration, testing, and support </li><li>Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting requirements </li><li>Experience with data conversion, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) </li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Workday certification in Payroll or related modules </li><li>Experience with other Workday modules such as HCM, Time Tracking, or Absence Management </li><li>Familiarity with Workday Studio or EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) </li><li>Experience working in a large enterprise or global implementation environment </li></ul>
