By using simple ideas, we are making solar energy a more affordable and clean power source for future generations.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Perform visual inspections of products to ensure product quality. </li><li>Use quality assurance tools to measure product adherence to manufacturing specifications. </li><li>Communicate with floor leadership regarding the results of inspections and checks. </li><li>Removing products that do not meet production standards. </li><li>Recording results, completing Quality documentation accurately, managing paperwork. </li><li>Data entry and digital file management. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to understand a technical drawing. </li><li>Ability in basic arithmetic. </li><li>Willingness to learn basic measurement techniques (ruler, floor tape, calipers, micrometer, gauges). </li><li>Willingness to learn how to use equipment such as an electrical hi-pot tester, pull-tester, torque analyzer, digital camera, torque wrench/screwdriver. </li><li>Attention to detail, ability to detect variation and non-conformances in parts. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Be used to working in a team setting, be able to follow instructions, display initiative, and have good verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Experience/Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10+ hours in a day. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 25-50 Ibs at a time. </li><li>Regularly perform repetitive tasks </li><li>Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. </li><li>Must be able to work in an office environment; including looking at screens for extended periods of time. </li><li>Must be able to work in a manufacturing facility environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Skills/Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Repetitive motion in all areas </li><li>Standing 10+ hours a day (some standing in one spot for 10+ hrs.) </li><li>Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching above head </li><li>Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
