<p>Maintains order by enforcing pool rules and regulations.</p> <p>Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning or other unsafe situations. Provides first aid and emergency care as needed.</p> <p>Tests water chemistry and maintains cleanliness of pool and pool area.</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>Lifeguard:</p> <p>Minimum age of 16 years.</p> <p>Certifications to include:</p> <p>American Red Cross CPR-AED for Lifeguards within 7 days of hire.</p> <p>American Red Cross Lifeguarding within 7 days of hire.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Maintain a high level of physical fitness. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move over 150 pounds.
