Join us!</p> <p>The Employment Specialist supports individuals with disabilities in gaining competitive employment. This position assesses skills; assists with career exploration, discovery and planning activities; teaches employment-related skills through pre-employment training; and provides on-the-job and retention supports. College coursework in human services or business-related field preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of individuals with disabilities required. </li><li>At least one year of experience working with individuals within the human services field preferred. </li><li>Experience working in employment services preferred. </li><li>At least one year of experience working in customer service or sales preferred. </li><li>Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required. </li><li>Only candidate's who upload their resume will be considered for position </li></ul>
