This role is located in San Francisco, CA.</p> <p>In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the lead relationship manager and primary point of contact for ultra-high net worth client relationships. </li><li>Drive face-to-face client meetings, prospecting efforts, and new business development to grow the client base. </li><li>Oversee the team coverage model, ensuring appropriate specialists are engaged for each relationship to deliver comprehensive solutions. </li><li>Develop and execute client strategies across wealth advisory, financial planning, banking, trust, and other related solutions. </li><li>Deliver active wealth management services, including preparation of balance sheets and execution of wealth projects tailored to client needs. </li></ul> <p>To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred. </li><li>12-15 years of total work experience preferred, with financial services experience focused on a particular client type or product (e.g., Hedge, Pension) or prior experience in related customer-facing roles such as Sales Support, Global Capital Markets, or Product Management. </li><li>Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. </li><li>Strong understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape, and industry drivers in the relevant region preferred. </li><li>Bi-lingual capabilities and understanding of local/cultural nuances helpful for building client trust. </li><li>No direct reports: provides guidance and mentorship to less experienced Client Coverage leads and may lead coordination of coverage for country, enterprise, or major accounts. </li></ul>
