<p>administrative and office support to the management team to ensure the efficient operation of the department.</p> <p>At Community Teamwork our employees enjoy best-in-class benefits to support their physical, financial and emotional wellness.</p> <ul> <li>Starting at $18.50 per hour </li><li>4 weeks of Paid Time Off </li><li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>Critical Illness Insurance </li><li>Short and Long-term disability insurance </li><li>Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5000 per year </li><li>5% contribution to your 401K whether you participate or not. </li><li>12 paid Holidays </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid sick leave </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Professional Development </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support for management team and report generation. </li><li>Provide reception support and front desk support. </li><li>Maintaining, updating and responding to information requests. </li><li>Assembling informational packets and mailings. </li><li>Copying and dispersing flyers, newsletters and outreach materials. </li><li>Manage reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally, </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to visitors; staff reception desk, answer incoming calls and greet visitors and clients; establish, maintain, and update filing system to ensure accuracy of files. </li><li>Support kitchen tasks of meal/snack prep as needed. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Successful Candidate will Possess:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>1 year of clerical, receptionist and/or office experience required. </li><li>Proficient computer skills to include: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and comfort learning new software and tracking systems. </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and have good problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. </li><li>Pleasant personality and professional telephone manner is essential. </li><li>Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills, customer service skills. </li><li>Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality essential. </li><li>Desire to work with low-income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families </li><li>Must have proof of MMR and a recent physical required </li><li>Must be able to pass EEC background check which includes fingerprinting. </li><li>Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Disabled</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of an innovative team in an organization committed to excellence.</p>
