<p>Job Title: Senior Director of Human Resources</p> <p>Location: Englewood, Colorado</p> <p>Pay rate: $150,000-175,000/YR</p> <p>Company Summary:</p> <p>Our client is a proven leader in the communications industry, offering a professional level of technology infrastructure installation to their partners. Having been around for over twenty years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR functions and drive initiatives that support our team goals.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Core Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with aggressive business growth goals </li><li>Oversee full HR operations including compliance, employee relations, and performance management </li><li>Build workforce planning strategies that support rapid scaling across field and corporate teams </li><li>Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention </li><li>Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all locations and job sites </li><li>Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and talent development initiatives </li><li>Provide expert guidance on sensitive employee matters and conflict resolution </li><li>Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to ensure a welcoming, performance-driven environment </li><li>Use data and metrics to evaluate workforce trends and guide decisions </li><li>Mentor and grow a high-impact HR team that can support both field and corporate functions </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to lead and develop a team </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Experience using HR metrics to inform decision making. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices. </li><li>Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and influence decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred. </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
