The Title IX Coordinator is Stacy Joslin, 1889 Lawrence Road, Santa Clara, CA 95051</p> <p>See attachment on original job posting</p> <p>Under the direction of the Human Resources Directors perform complex technical and clerical duties in maintaining and processing of current and new classified and certificated substitute employee information; assure proper staff coverage; prepare and maintain a variety of reports including those necessary for the Employment Development Department (EDD), the County Office of Education and responds to all Public Information requests regarding leave, absences and payroll history for certificated staff and substitutes; prepare and maintain a variety of confidential records and report; provide support to all certificated substitute teachers. The Personnel Technician II - Substitute Coordinator classification performs complex technical and clerical work with the overall responsibility for the certificated substitute programs. The incumbent works independently in the processing of new substitutes and assures the accuracy of documentation and timely submittal of time sheets, processes confidential substitute evaluations. Supports classified staff for payroll systems for other departments within the District. Responsible for the leave accrual for all certificated and certificated management employees, including absence reporting. Qualifications: Any combination equivalent to: college level course work in office management, business administration, personnel, public administration or related field and three years of increasingly responsible experience in a related area.
