To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role owns the full communications strategy for our global Food business. The Director serves as the dedicated communications partner to the business president and leads planning, messaging and execution across all channels to support the business vision and priorities. The scope includes internal communications, executive visibility, media engagement, issues management and reputation stewardship.</p> <p>Key Deliverables Within This Role Include</p> <ul> <li>Serving as the primary communications advisor to a global business president and supporting executive communications, visibility and engagement across all regions </li><li>Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business priorities and focused on clarity, culture and employee engagement while supporting broader stakeholder understanding </li><li>Leading planning and execution of Town Halls, leadership events and other key internal moments that connect employees to business direction </li><li>Owning channel strategy and content across intranet, email, video, digital screens and other platforms to ensure communications reach employees across all sites and regions </li><li>Supporting communications that bring clarity to business direction, operational shifts and organizational transformation </li><li>Creating compelling storytelling that highlights business priorities, customer value, culture, innovation and employee success </li><li>Developing executive social media content and visibility strategies that reinforce leadership voice and business priorities </li><li>Supporting media related activities in partnership with Corporate Communications including message development, media preparation and coordination of interviews or public appearances </li><li>Leading issues management, crisis response and reputation related communications in partnership with Legal, HR and Corporate Communications </li><li>Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure message alignment and consistency across the organization </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing or a related field; Master's degree is a plus </li><li>Eight or more years of experience across communications disciplines with demonstrated strength in internal communications, executive communications and organizational storytelling for a global brand or company </li><li>Experience developing and implementing communications strategies that support business priorities and leadership visibility </li><li>Exposure to media relations and crisis communications with the ability to partner effectively with specialists in those areas </li><li>Experience working with executive leadership and providing strategic counsel to develop communications aligned to business needs </li></ul> <p>Skills That Would Help You Succeed</p> <ul> <li>Inspiring and innovative storyteller with strong writing skills, deep experience in content creation and solid AP Style proficiency </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy and strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to responsiveness and partnership </li><li>Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization </li><li>Collaborative working style with an interest in partnering across a global team </li><li>Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with composure, perspective and a healthy sense of humor </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $116,300 - $200,675</p> <p>The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
