<p>Position Details:</p> <p>We're hiring experienced Security Officers for corporate locations</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $18/hour </li><li>Sign-On Bonus: $500 (ONLY Alliance New Hires are Eligible, Restrictions Apply) </li><li>Location: Premier commercial properties in Stamford, CT </li><li>Schedules: Full Time & Weekends </li><li>Shifts: Day, Afternoon, Overnight </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a strong and visible presence to ensure safety and security. </li><li>Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with directions, inquiries, and general assistance. </li><li>Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activity. </li><li>Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, following established protocols. </li><li>Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel as needed. </li><li>Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts. </li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the values of our organization. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year Security Officer experience </li><li>Valid CT Security Guard License that will not expire within 3 months </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively </li><li>Demonstrate high level customer service skills, including the ability to professionally handle difficult situations </li><li>Ability to stand and patrol outside, no matter the weather or temperature </li><li>Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action </li><li>Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift and carry heavy objects when required </li><li>Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility towards ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in security or guest services will be an advantage </li></ul> <p>#SR1</p>
