Fueled by Passion, Purpose and Technology.</p> <p>At Slide, you will not only be part of a successful team, but you will also be a part of our Slide Vibe/award winning culture where collaboration and innovation are expected, recognized and awarded!</p> <p>As an Agency Services Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting Slide's agency partners by ensuring credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes are accurate, timely, and seamless. You'll serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external agencies.</p> <p> </p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Agency Set-Up & Credentialing</p> <ul> <li>Administer agency set-up, credentialing, appointments, and compliance </li><li>Process appointment applications, licensing documents, contracts, and required forms </li><li>Review submissions for accuracy and proactively request missing information </li></ul> <p>Coordination & Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist agents with questions related to licensing and appointment status </li><li>Communicate with agencies and partners to verify contact information, contracts, and websites </li><li>Process agency updates, agent of record changes, and book transfer requests </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Organize and maintain agency files in accordance with regulatory, industry, and company requirements </li><li>Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion </li><li>Respond to phone, electronic, and written inquiries in a timely manner </li><li>Support department projects and additional tasks as needed </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2+ years of experience in customer service or office administration </li><li>Experience supporting insurance processing preferred </li><li>Active State Personal Lines P&C license preferred (not required) </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization abilities </li><li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams </li><li>Adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Commitment to living Slide's Core Values </li></ul>
