This role focuses on observing, reporting, maintaining a safe environment, and protecting personnel and property while adapting to different sites and assignments.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned </li><li>Monitor premises and report suspicious activity or safety hazards </li><li>Respond to incidents and emergencies using appropriate armed security protocols </li><li>Write clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports (DARs) </li><li>Enforce site rules, policies, and post orders </li><li>Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors when needed </li><li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record </li><li>Reliable personal transportation </li><li>Open availability with flexibility to work various shifts </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Strong communication and report-writing skills </li><li>Ability to remain professional, handle situations calmly, and respond appropriately in armed situations </li><li>Active Act 235 certification (PA Armed Security License) </li><li>Must own and maintain a duty belt, holster, and firearm </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, military, or customer service </li><li>Strong observational and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage multiple tasks </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must meet all state licensing/registration requirements for armed security officers </li><li>Ability to safely operate a vehicle or other patrol equipment if needed </li><li>Must complete any client-specific background or drug screening, if required </li></ul> <p>PA #188</p> <p>#IND2</p> <p>Education Requirements (All)</p> <p>HS Diploma</p> <p>GED or H.S.
