<p>The Health Information Supervisor is responsible for leading the Health Information Management team and overseeing the maintenance, accuracy, and security of patient behavioral health records. This role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws while supporting organizational efficiency through health information technology and best practices. This position requires on-site presence.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervision and Leadership </li><li>Records Management </li><li>Data Accuracy and Compliance </li><li>Technology Utilization </li><li>Training and Development </li><li>Risk Mitigation </li><li>Process Improvement </li><li>Compliance Team </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Full-time</p> <ul> <li>Dental, vision, health, and life insurance. </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP). </li><li>Employer sponsored contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA), with qualifying insurance plan. </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO). </li><li>11 paid holidays. </li></ul> <p>Must meet eligibility requirements</p> <ul> <li>403b Retirement Plan, with 9% employer contribution for those who meet eligibility requirements. </li><li>Tuition reimbursement, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) loan repayment eligible for qualifying staff. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate or bachelor's degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health information management. </li><li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. </li><li>Strong understanding of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other healthcare privacy regulations. </li><li>Experience with EMR systems and health information technology. </li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities. </li><li>Ability to pass a Level II Background clearance and drug test as per facility and regulatory requirements. </li></ul>
