We are growing and seeking an on-site Commercial Lumber Estimator to support our expanding commercial portfolio. The purpose of the survey is to identify your unique strengths as it relates to the position.</p> <p>Commercial Construction Lumber Estimator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete accurate lumber and EWP takeoffs for commercial projects </li><li>Review architectural and structural plans to develop detailed material lists </li><li>Partner with sales, purchasing, and operations to support profitable bids </li><li>Identify value-engineering opportunities and material efficiencies </li><li>Manage multiple estimates with strong accuracy and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Commercial Construction Lumber Estimator Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in lumber estimating, commercial construction, or framing/material takeoffs </li><li>Strong ability to read architectural and structural drawings </li><li>Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, MiTek, or similar) </li><li>Above-entry-level experience preferred; all levels considered </li></ul>
