Beyond just managing accounts, you'll develop meaningful professional connections with clients and carriers, deliver outstanding service, and contribute directly to our clients' success.</p> <p>How You Will Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Take the lead on managing assigned books of business, guiding internal resources, and delegating tasks effectively to provide exceptional surety service. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding surety bonds, coverages, and billing inquiries. </li><li>Process new and renewal bonds in our Agency Management System, verifying requested coverages and reviewing bonds for accuracy. </li><li>Assist in preparing applications, proposals, and related information for new and renewal business, meeting deadlines for appointments and bond expirations. </li><li>Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and carriers alike, fostering trust and collaboration. </li><li>Grow your expertise in surety bonds, coverage options, and industry trends through continuous learning and development opportunities. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need to Succeed</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years surety experience at either an agency or company, or education in commercial insurance preferred </li><li>Valid driver's license as defined by M3's Motor Vehicle Safety policy. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients, carriers, and team members. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Team player mentality, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues while maintaining a positive attitude. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly when reviewing bonds, contracts, and other documents for accuracy. </li><li>Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC). </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the broader team. </li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the specialized field of surety bonds. </li></ul> <p>Join Us</p> <p>Your role at M3 won't be about the boundaries presented in a job description - it's about the possibilities that you can envision once you walk through the doors on your first day.
