<p>Joining Oakwood Village as an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the senior housing related sales and marketing activities of our community.</p> <p>This position reports to the Sales and Marketing Director.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (not meant to be an all inclusive list)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support Sales Efforts:</p> </li><li> <p>Provides administrative support for events, open houses, and informational sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in preparing sales materials for tours.</p> </li><li> <p>Shadows the sales team during calls, meetings, and tours.</p> </li><li> <p>Helps plan and execute tours of the community for prospective residents & families.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in Lead Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Updates and maintains the customer relationship management (CRM) database.</p> </li><li> <p>Follows up with prospective residents or their families via phone or email.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Research:</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes competitor offerings to refine sales strategies as directed.</p> </li><li> <p>Reporting and Metrics:</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares reports on sales activities, lead progress, and outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Event Coordination:</p> </li><li> <p>Helps organize outreach and community events aimed at generating leads.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports logistics, setup, and follow-up for events and campaign.</p> </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>This internship is open to current Undergraduate or Graduate students. </li><li>Studying Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred. </li><li>Ability to respond to prospective residents and business partners professionally. </li><li>Requires customer service orientation with empathy. </li><li>High level of attention to detail required. </li></ul> <p>This internship will last from 8-12 weeks, depending on the availability of intern. This position will also work at both campuses located in Madison.</p>
