<p>Responsible for oversight of the operations at the Re-Entry housing facility in order to maximize housing outcomes for the residents there.</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor degree in related mental field preferred.</p> <p>Licensure: Valid driver's license and F endorsement</p> <p>Certification: N/A</p> <p>Experience: Three years of experience working in and knowledge of group homes, residential treatment, or inpatient programs, preferred.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills:</p> <p>Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations and flexibility required to relate to a variety of situations.</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>Strong problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Understanding of Audit processes</p> <p>Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations involving supported housing.</p> <p>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</p> <p>EQUIPMENT:</p> <p>Computer, fax, copier, motor vehicle and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.</p> <p>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>All Major duties and responsibilities of a residential manager, as it pertains to their home location, see Residential Manager job description.</p> <p>Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.</p> <p>Maintain consistent communication with courts, probation, and other stakeholders as appropriate.</p> <p>Ensure program and staff are adhering to policies and procedures.</p> <p>Oversee provision of Re-Entry specific tasks (drug screens, communications with collaterals, court dates, etc.)</p> <p>Ensure that authorizations are completed and up to date.</p> <p>Gather relevant data to monitor program outcomes.</p> <p>Assist in development of program policies, procedures, and protocols as appropriate.</p> <p>Delegate potential shifts to PRN staff based on site need.</p> <p>Oversight of the Re-Entry Project, including referrals.</p> <p>Serve as a front-line point of contact for re-entry program staff.</p> <p>Prepare for and participate in Re-Entry Housing audits.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p> <p>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</p> <p>Must be willing to drive to other housing locations as needed on short notice.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Although each position has its own unique duties and responsibilities, the following listing applies to every employee.
