<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC is seeking a IT Asset Management Specialist to support an IT Service Management effort for USTRANSCOM (USTC) located at Scott Air Force Base (AFB) in Illinois, just 20 miles outside of St. Louis, MO. The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract provides strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command's infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support is provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6).</p> <p>The successful candidate will serve as the application admin for the ITAM Module in ServiceNow and will be responsible for the IT Asset Management (ITAM) process, as part of the enterprise-wide ITAM Program in accordance with DOD, USTC, Air Force policies and procedures.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and track IT procurements from beginning to end, which includes conducting market research, coordinating with financial departments, following up with vendors, tracking shipping dates and providing final reconciliation. </li><li>Provide requirements refinement and procurement support to USTRANSCOM Service Portfolio, end- user devices, peripheral equipment, market research, budgetary quotes, and budget estimates. </li><li>Provide Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP's) for procurement management procedures, updated annually, to effectively </li></ul>
