<p>Job Title: Sanitation Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The sanitation technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment. This role requires the individual to perform tasks safely, efficiently, and in line with professional standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep of production equipment. </li><li>Efficiently disassemble and reassemble production equipment for proper cleaning. </li><li>Demonstrate awareness of the chemical properties and proper use of cleaning solutions. </li><li>Complete necessary reports, logs, and documentation related to job tasks. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in food manufacturing and sanitation. </li><li>Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles. </li><li>Understanding of FDA regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Capability to perform work within exact standards and tolerances. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in sanitizing and cleaning. </li><li>Attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position operates on a 6am -2:30pm shift, with some weekends potentially required. Opportunities for overtime are available, especially during the harvest season.
