Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>We're seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In-Home Services division. You'll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights </li><li>Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions </li><li>Data Management: Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reports </li><li>Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automation </li><li>Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed </li><li>Data Visualization: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR </li><li>1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel </li><li>Familiarity with SQL and database concepts </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities </li><li>Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
