We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting, summarizing, and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management </li><li>Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them </li><li>Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them </li><li>Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis </li><li>Assists project teams with financial guidance </li><li>Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions. </li><li>Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required </li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance required </li><li>At least 3-5 years of experience in a role within a large healthcare organization preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization. </li><li>Good analytical and mathematical skills. </li><li>Superior Excel Skills is required. </li><li>Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. </li><li>Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>This is a remote role that can be done from most US states, but local candidates are preferred </li><li>Monday through Friday full-time schedule in Eastern Standard hours </li></ul> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Remote</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
