<p>Overview</p> <p>Kessler Rehabilitation Center</p> <p>Position: Physical Therapist Clinic Director</p> <p>Location: 275 Forest Avenue Paramus, NJ</p> <p>Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weeklyCompensation: $93,000-$116,000 annually depending on years of experience</p> <p>Incentive: Student Debt Benefit Program and annual bonus plan</p> <p>Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proven leader in physical therapy to continue to drive our New Milford center. The New Milford center is a large outpatient rehabilitation facility with premier visability in the Brook Chester shopping center. Currently, the clinic employs 2 physical therapists, 2 office administrators, and 1 rehabilitation technician. All of the staff work collectively as a team to provide the utmost quality care to its patients. Treatment populations include a wide variety of general orthopedics, post-surgical, and neuro patients. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions. </li><li>Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. </li><li>Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them. </li><li>Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy. </li><li>Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. </li><li>A minimum of three years' experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience required. </li></ul> <p>Additional Data</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</p>
