As a ReNewer, you'll always be doing things that would be beneficial to millions.</p> <p>About Company</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Purpose</p> <p>Work in shifts as in charge and help to run the production system in most efficient ways by utilizing full capacity and resources.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Executing the shift production targets & given projects as per given timeline.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining the discipline and order on the line and providing feedback to Cluster-in-charge on any violation of regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Able to handle at least 50 Nos operators in a shift</p> </li><li> <p>Executing the action plan as defined by the shift manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring, controlling & recognizing the performance of all operators.</p> </li><li> <p>Leading the daily shift activity, it's briefing to the seniors & carry out the communication with operators as required</p> </li><li> <p>Taking immediate actions during shift to close off any issues related to safety.</p> </li><li> <p>Training & Developing of team members/Operators.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for production & their revision as per requirement</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare shift MIS report and discuss the same with cluster in-charge & shift-manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Rejection analysis & suggest improvement actions</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Improvement in yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects</p> </li><li> <p>Response & Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints</p> </li><li> <p>Keep up-to-date on new external developments on solar cell processes</p> </li></ol> <p>Required Skills</p> <ol> <li> <p>Experience & knowledge about Solar Cell & its operation</p> </li><li> <p>Characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Rework reduction, breakage reduction, Throughput improvement etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge about basic Six Sigma Methodologies, Kaizen, QC tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good Knowledge about MS-word , Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials.</p> </li></ol> <p>At ReNew, we believe that each individual is unique, and we respect and value these differences.
