Ensure all team members follow proper operational procedures. Assumes responsibility, in collaboration with SPD Supervisor, for scheduling new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and in-service education and facility quality assurance programs as needed. Completes some of the documentation required by facility related to inventory/equipment requests and repairs. Maintains a professional relationship with all facility's departments as necessary to ensure effective, efficient support to the patient caregivers. Prepares instruments and supplies through cleaning, packing, sterilizing, and storing procedures. Performs equipment distribution and routing cleaning and maintenance. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
