We have a modern, relaxed office environment with premium facilities and tremendous advancement opportunities within the company.</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>The Data Specialist is a critical member of the RentalGuardian Operations team, reporting to the Support Manager. This role is responsible for supporting data-related processes across the business, including managing integrations for manual clients, building product configurations, and developing and maintaining key reports. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in tools like Excel (Power BI a plus), and comfortable working across teams to resolve data-related challenges.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data, supporting coverage failure resolution, assist with certain account escalations and discrepancies through bulk policy cancellation and various software initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency, which relates to the service RentalGuardian provides to its clients.</p> <p>What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)</p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain data uploads, ensuring accurate and timely processing of coverage failures in collaboration with the Revenue Recovery & Integration Lead </li><li>Monitor and support the integration of data systems, partnering with Onboarding and Product teams to optimize setup and improve process efficiency </li><li>Conduct regular audits to identify financial trends, discrepancies, and revenue-impacting issues, and collaborate with the Revenue Recovery Lead to ensure data accuracy </li><li>Respond to HubSpot tickets related to data management, and assist both clients and software clients on their integration needs </li><li>Assist, with the direction of the Support Manager, in building automated reporting solutions using tools like Power BI to deliver insights, track key performance metrics, and enhance reporting efficiency </li><li>Identify recurring coverage failure patterns and help streamline resolution processes to minimize revenue impact </li><li>Develop and maintain processes to monitor premium data, claims activity, and other essential business metrics by account </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, system integration, and reporting infrastructure </li><li>Build and replicate products as needed, based on input from leads or the Agency team </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and automations </li><li>Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools (preferred) </li><li>Strong knowledge of system integration and process improvement </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve recurring data issues </li><li>Familiarity with insurance data, coverage failures, and their impact on revenue (a plus) </li><li>Experience auditing data and tracking financial trends to identify discrepancies </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills </li><li>Comfortable handling HubSpot (or similar CRM Platform) tickets with Clients and other Software providers </li><li>Proven experience collaborating across teams to improve processes and data accuracy </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly </li><li>Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for reporting and integration improvements </li><li>Tech savvy and self starter attitude </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) </li></ul> <p>Type</p> <ul> <li>Full Time, Salaried, Exempt </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <ul> <li>Mason, OH </li></ul> <p>Benefits Include</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans </li><li>Health Savings Accounts </li><li>Flexible Spending Account </li><li>Dependent Flexible Spending Account </li><li>Critical Illness </li><li>Accident </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan (401K) with discretionary company match </li><li>Short- and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Company Paid $25,000.00 life insurance </li><li>Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Paid Volunteer Time </li><li>Inhabit Employee Discount Programs </li></ul> <p>Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including providing reasonable accommodations to applicants.</p>
