<p>Description</p> <p>As the Wealth QA Analyst, you are responsible for the reviewing and analyzing transaction processing, shareholder services activities, and general operational processes to maintain, and /or enhance quality and effectiveness. Additionally, you will build knowledge of the company, processes and customers, while solving a range of straightforward problems related to QA.</p> <p>Primary responsibilities include</p> <ul> <li>The incumbent is responsible for quality assurance planning, which includes the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, methodologies, & test plans for wealth management processes & systems. </li><li>The incumbent is responsible for test execution and analysis, test documentation and reporting, and process improvement and risk mitigation. </li><li>The incumbent responsible for regulatory compliance, which includes staying updated on regulatory changes that impact wealth management operations and systems. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1 year or more of bank/financial services ideally in Wealth Operations </li><li>Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. </li><li>Success proven ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment using strong time management skills. </li><li>Proven ability to successfully analyze, problem solve and make decisions independently. </li><li>Possesses detailed and goal oriented professional approach with an interest Wealth Management and Investment business line. </li><li>Completed high school degree or GED equivalent. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of Quality Assurance review and testing grid processing. </li><li>Securities Licenses such as SIE, Series 7 or Series 63 highly preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated successful stable work history. </li><li>Completed associates and/or bachelors college degree </li></ul> <p>Hours & Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>M-F: 8:30 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET; Occasional OT Optional </li><li>100% in office </li></ul> <p>Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
