<p>The Clinical Applications Credentialed Trainer is responsible for managing instructor-led training and providing support to end users who require access to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other Clinical Applications systems. This role involves collaborating with principal trainers, operational leaders, and other members of the clinical applications team to develop and maintain training curricula. The position also includes at-the-elbow rounding/support and participating in efficiency training activities. Job Responsibilities: Complete the credentialed training program to learn Epic content and training techniques required to lead and manage new hire classes. Lead in-person classroom training sessions by utilizing the curricula, lesson plans, and other documents created by principal trainers for new hire training. Assist with maintaining or updating training content and materials based on approved changes, Epic software updates, Epic upgrades, classroom experiences, end user feedback, etc. Perform other training related duties such as: a. classroom setup and assisting with training materials. b. facilitating efficiency training sessions or simulation labs. c. administering end-user proficiency assessments. d. managing class rosters in Workday. Proactively rounds in clinical areas when not teaching classes. Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum Experience: Experience in healthcare IT, clinical operations and/or patient care and/or related is highly preferred. EHR, credentialed trainer, classroom training, or other related training experience is desired, but not required. Some experience and/or understanding of structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Some experience and/or understanding of identifying and documenting business IT problem statements, application support, business process design and/or technical documentation preferred. Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $65,520 - $114,400 per year for the role of Clinical Applications Credentialed Trainer. Explore our exceptional benefits!
