<p>We are offering a 12-month postgraduate fellowship program for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners interested in advanced training in Hospital Medicine with a targeted start date of January 2026.</p> <p>The HealthPartners Hospital Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Fellowship engages APC learners in extensive training within Hospital Medicine, as well as required rotations in specialty areas deemed essential for proficiency. Responsibilities include performing histories and physicals, formulating an assessment and plan, and providing necessary treatments and procedures. All work is supervised by an attending physician or APC. Primary site for this position is</p> <p>Regions Hospital.</p> <p>Through lectures, skills training, and simulation, the didactic curriculum compliments the diverse rotations and hands on experiences, offering the APC Fellow the opportunity to develop clinical competence and confidence, critical thinking, and interprofessional collaboration. Applicants may be in final year of completing this requirement with hiring dependent upon successful completion.</p> <p>PA or NP students completing training are encouraged to pursue at least one rotation in Hospital Medicine</p> <p>Required Licensure/Certification:</p> <p>Licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota with certification by the NCCPA or licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the state of Minnesota & certified by AANP or ANCC.
