The ideal candidate will have as well as hands-on experience with CAD software and design for manufacturability, along with leveraging their technical expertise to enhance production processes and improve the quality and efficiency of electrical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that electrical components meet both performance and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in production, conducting tests to validate designs, and ensuring all electrical systems are optimized for safety and reliability. This position not only requires a strong technical foundation but also excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
