This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules. </li><li>Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment. </li><li>Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications. </li><li>Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns. </li><li>Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management. </li><li>Safety-sensitive. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
