<p>Job Schedule Fulfillment Job ID 71876 Post Date 11/04/2025 Apply Save Job</p> <p>This position's primary responsibility is to control, maintain and supervise FC inventory to include working with Audit on all Inventory audits and all associated tasks. You'll play a key role in inventory accuracy, operational flow, and supporting both the Fulfillment Center and store teams through strong audit coordination and meticulous inventory oversight.</p> <p>The Details</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar & fast-paced environment </li><li>HS Diploma </li><li>Strong computer skills </li><li>Strong communications and interpersonal skills </li><li>Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Inventory Control</p> <ul> <li>Serve as primary contact with Audit for the center Inventory Audits; works with Audit on all Cycle Counts regarding maintenance of inventory, quantities and locations </li><li>Investigates and reconciles all Audit discrepancies </li><li>Collaborates with FC Manager on results of their Cycle count an Audit prep </li><li>Knows and understands all inventory statuses, all inventory screens and count reports in ILS. Knows and understands how to use Scale / Scale Utilities / Power BI to track inventory history. </li><li>Perform electronics cycle counts (security cage, all TV's, and tractors) on a weekly basis. </li><li>Performs perpetual inventory on a daily basis, ensuring the entire warehouse is counted weekly. </li><li>Work the Pick Sequence Verification report weekly (Aging inventory-to insure 1st in 1st out). </li><li>Immediately reconciles all over and short discrepancies sent back from the stores. </li><li>Communicate all inventory discrepancies to the General Manager on a daily basis. </li><li>Coordinates with vendors and carriers and executes all Return to Vendor requests. </li><li>Follows written guidelines on how to correct count variances and investigate discrepancies. </li></ul> <p>Damages</p> <ul> <li>Physically audits all damages and orders parts if needed. </li><li>Maintains inventory accuracy in the damage area and properly labels all items with rtoid and disposition. </li><li>Maintains a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong Computer skills </li><li>Strong communications and interpersonal skills </li><li>Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude </li></ul> <p>Aaron's Total Rewards</p> <p>Our team members are our greatest asset.
