<p>Production Support</p> <p>Radwell International LLC | Production Operations</p> <p>Full-Time | Hourly | On-site</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm</p> <p>1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046</p> <p>The Production Support position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and expediting repair parts within the standard production flow. This role ensures quality, on-time delivery, and constant customer awareness throughout the repair process by communicating revised delivery expectations through phone, email, and fax as required.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Expedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for the following production statuses: </li><li>Awaiting Assignment / Dispatched to Technician / Being Repaired </li><li>Awaiting Parts / Parts Research / Parts Ordered </li><li>QA Further Evaluation / BER Evaluation </li><li>Enhance, improve, and manage customer communication processes regarding repair status and delivery expectations </li><li>Ensure customers are provided with all available options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as required </li><li>Manage follow-up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective action </li><li>Assist with data research and fact-finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric tracking </li><li>Support Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processes </li><li>Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment </li><li>General working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li>Strong focus on department growth and process improvement </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Skills Required</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong computer proficiency </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Ability to work at a fast pace </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li><li>One to three years of related experience and/or training </li><li>Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Occasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling </li><li>Frequent walking </li><li>Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Commission</p> <p>The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18-$20 per hour.</p> <p>Within the base pay range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.</p> <p>Eligible for commission based on established Production Support performance metrics after successful completion of the introductory period.</p> <p>Radwell Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting Day 1 of employment </li><li>15 PTO days </li><li>Paid company holidays </li><li>Company-paid short-term and long-term disability </li><li>Company-paid life insurance </li><li>401(k) with company matching </li><li>Free onsite gym </li></ul> <p>Radwell International LLC is an equal opportunity employer</p>
