These roles help to create a positive environment, nurture relationships, support the potential of all youth at site, and facilitate peer-to-peer connections as part of the overall after school childcare experience.</p> <p>GUILDERLAND & GREENE COUNTY LOCATIONS</p> <p>Altamont Elementary <em>Pine Bush Elementary </em>Guilderland Elementary <em>Guilderland YMCA Branch </em>Westmere Elementary <em>Helderberg Reform Church </em>Herman Bradt Elementary <em>Coxsackie Elementary </em>Scott Ellis Elementary</p> <p>ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT - $15.50 PER HOUR - SUPPORTS SITE LEARDERSHIP</p> <p>REQUIRED DOCUMENT(S): NYS Working Papers (if under 18 yrs old), and Resume (w/ALL childcare experience)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be 16 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>One (1) year of experience working with children under 13 OR HS Diploma/GED.</p> </li></ul> <p>GROUP LEADER - $15.90 PER HOUR - LEADS SITE ACTIVITIES & SUPPORTS SITE LEADERSHIP</p> <p>REQUIRED DOCUMENT(S): College degree/Transcripts, OR HS Diploma/GED AND Resume (w/ALL childcare experience)</p> <ul> <li> <p>AAS in Child Development, Education, or related field OR HS Degree/GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Two (2) years direct experience with children under age 13 required.</p> </li></ul> <p>SITE SUPERVISOR I (Small Site) $20.07 OR II (Large Site) $21.28 PER HOUR - OVERSEES PROGRAM AT THE SITE</p> <p>REQUIRED DOCUMENT(S): College degree/Transcripts, OR SACC Credential, AND Resume (w/ALL supervisory & childcare experience)</p> <ul> <li> <p>BA/BS is preferred.
